Kim Erwin has found her niche by mastering the real estate market for the last 42 years as a real estate broker. She has coached over 1,000 real estate agents in her career and has a listing and sales volume of approximately $900m. Entrepreneurship goes hand-in-hand with her real estate business. Effectively “working the deal” is extremely complex because of the amount of individuals that are involved in the transaction, and managing it to a successful closing is her trademark. Determined to lead the way to help consumers understand the buying and selling process, she started a radio show called “Home $ense…Where Everyone Has a Voice in Real Estate.” A skilled communicator, Kim ensures that she keeps clients in the loop throughout the transaction process, guiding you through the tough decisions when necessary. In addition, she has written articles and authored books to help people maximize one of their largest financial assets, their home. Kim received her MBA from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, as well as her Doctorate in Global Management and Leadership from California InterContinental University. Kim is also certified in Leadership with the John Maxwell Team and is currently undergoing the Spiritual Directorship program at Divine Mercy University. Island life is for her and she lives life to the fullest with a God-Driven Heart.

The daughter of a 30-year Marine, I learned at an early age that the only way to work is to do the job right the first time. This work ethic has followed me into adulthood, allowing me to train our Team to rise above industry standards. I strive to ensure that our Team not only meets, but exceeds, all expectations, starting at our first client meeting and continuing after closing.
